On the mental side, we focus on things like calming your body during competition anxiety, maintaining focus and motivation, and strengthening self-confidence in training or competition settings. The aim is for you to perform at your best when it matters most—and enjoy the process.
On the physiotherapy side, we focus on movement quality, body control, and sport-specific needs. Even when you’re feeling nervous before competitions, physiotherapy supports your preparation and helps build confidence in action. The exercises and guidance support structured training, recovery, and injury prevention.
Together, we’ll design a package that suits you—flexibly and individually. No doctor’s referral is needed. The number of sessions is tailored to your situation.
